Matt Nelson turned a social media passion into a life-saving operation to help get dogs with special needs adopted into loving homes. His nonprofit 15/10 Foundation has raised over $3 million to help cover medical costs for hundreds of dogs. NBC News’ Hallie Jackson reports on the power of puppy love.
